About the role:
We are seeking a highly agile, curious and experienced Contingent Workforce Solution Implementation Manager to join our operations team and lead our new customer onboarding and solution implementation efforts.
Firstly, you’ll work closely with the sales team throughout the sales cycle to ensure all parties are aligned during the solution design phase to seek client commitment and manage stakeholder expectations prior to implementation.
Upon contract award, you’ll then play a pivotal role in leading the onboarding experience & implementation of the agreed solution design, from initial stakeholders onboarding to go-live and full adoption. You are expected to ensure a seamless integration with the customer's infrastructure and operations.
Requirements:
Have proven success in contingent workforce management, with a demonstrable track record of successful solution implementations in mid- market & large enterprise environments.
Have in-depth knowledge of contingent workforce management processes, including sourcing, recruitment, vendor management, compliance, pay and risk mitigation.
Have demonstrated expertise in technology implementation and integration, with proficiency in relevant contingent workforce management software (e.g., VMS, MSP) and enterprise technology systems.
Have exceptional
communication and
interpersonal skills, with the
ability to interact effectively
with stakeholders at all levels,
from technical experts to
senior management.
Have exceptional project management skills, including the ability to plan, organise, and execute simple and complex projects within tight deadlines and in a fast pace evolving growing business.
Interview Process
- Discovery Call with Talent Partner
- 1st Stage call with Joao (COO)
- 2nd Stage - Take home task with 45min interview. (30mins presentation, 15 min Q+A)
- Final Stage - Meet the team and other leaders interview.
